Whenever used in this letter, the terms defined in the Loan Agreement have the respective meanings therein set forth. With respect to Section 1.02 (g) of the Loan Agreement, please find in Annex 1 hereto the Monitoring Indicators for measuring progress in the implementation of the Project. It is understood that during the course of execution of the Project, the Borrower and the Bank may agree to make modifications to the Monitoring Indicators during the reviews referred to in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to the Loan Agreement or at such other time as may be necessary.
