With reference to Section 1.02 (f) of the Loan Agreement, please find attached herewith the following: (1) Prevention investments under Part A. 1 of the Project (Annex 1); (2) Prevention investments under Part A.2 of the Project (Annex 2); (3) the list of Implementing Agencies for Parts A.1 and A.2 of the Project (Annex 3); and (4) The principles and guidelines on the basis of which the resettlement program, under Part B.3 of the Project will be prepared (Annex 4). It is hereby understood that the Bank and the Borrower may agree through an exchange of letters, to modify the list of investments in Annex 1 or Annex 2.
