We also refer to your letter dated December 10, 1999, and the Ministry of Finance letter dated December 21, 1999, both requesting the Association to amend the Project Agreement to support reconstruction of the areas affected by the recent cyclones in Orissa. We are pleased to inform you that the Association, after due consideration, has agreed to your request. Accordingly, the Project Agreement is amended as follows: 1. Section 2.01 (a) is deleted and replaced with the following:
