We refer to the Development Credit Agreement of even date herewith between the Republic of Cameroon (the "Borrower") and the International Development Association (the "Association") and to the provisions of paragraph 3 (a) of Schedule 4 thereof whereby the Borrower shall maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it to monitor and evaluate on an ongoing basis, in accordance with indicators satisfactory to the Association, the carrying out of the Privatization Program, the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof. 2. The performance indicators satisfactory to the Association are those included in the attachment to this letter. 3.
