Washington, D.C. 20433 United States of America Re: INDIA: Credit No. 2916-IN (Ecodevelopment Project) Performance Monitoring Indicators Dear Sirs and Mesdames: This refers to (i) paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 to the Development Credit Agreement of even date herewith between India and the International Development Association (the Association), and (ii) paragraph 8 of the Schedule to the Project Agreement of even date herewith among the Association, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development acting as Implementing Agency of the Global Environment Facility Trust Funds (the Bank), and the Project States, both for the Ecodevelopment Project. Unless agreed otherwise with the Association and the Bank, India and the Project States shall monitor and evaluate implementation of the Project in accordance with the Performance Monitoring Indicators attached to this letter.
