The Government of the Republic of Zambia has requested the World Bank to convene a meeting of the Consultative Group. The meeting will take place at the World Bank European Office at 66 Avenue d'Iena, Paris, France, on December 14-15, 1995. Enclosed are the Proposed Agenda and a Note on Administrative Arrangements. A Government document updating its economic reform program, a draft of a Growth Prospects Paper prepared by World Bank staff, and the most recent draft Policy FrameworkPaper will be sent later. 2.
