No. 137 Findikli 80040, Istanbul Republic of Turkey Re: Loan No. 2901-0 TU Industrial Export Development Project Amendment to the Loan Agreement Dear Mr. Erzik: We refer to the Loan Agreement between the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) and Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi (the Borrower), dated January 25, 1988, for the Industrial Export Development Project and to your letter of March 5, 1992 requesting that the commitment period under the Project be extended to December 31, 1992. This is to advise you that the Bank hereby agrees to amend Section 5(e) of Schedule 4 to the Loan Agreement by changing the date of "December 31, 1990" to "December 31, 1992". All other terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement shall remain unchanged. Please indicate your agreement to the foregoing by signing and dating the confirmation on the enclosed copy of this letter and returning it to the Bank.
