Further to your letter of January 25, 1995, we are pleased to inform you that the Association hereby agrees to the following amendment to the above referenced Development Credit Agreement: A new Category (7) is added to paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 and Category 6 of same paragraph is amended as follows: Category Amount of the % of Credit Allocated Expenditures (Expressed in to be Financed SDR equivalent) (6) Unallocated 980,000 (7) Costs under 500,000 100% Part D (1) of the Project Please indicate your agreement with the foregoing by countersigning and dating the form of confirmation on the two original copies of this letter and returning one original, as countersigned, to us. This amendment shall become effective as of the date of your signature.
