Further to the discussions held with the representatives of the Borrower, we are pleased to inform you that the Association hereby agrees to the following amendments to the above-referenced Development Credit Agreement: a. Article III is hereby amended by inserting the following new Section 3.15: "Section 3.15. The Borrower shall complete, not later than December 31, 1992, the second phase of Air Tchad's restructuring plan referred to in the Program." b. Paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 is hereby amended and reinstated in its entirety to read as provided in Annex 1 to this letter. c. Paragraphs 5(b), 5(c) and 6 of Schedule 1 are hereby deleted. Please indicate your agreement with the foregoing by countersigning and dating the form of confirmation on the two original copies of this letter provided and returning one original, as countersigned, to us. This amendment shall become effective as of the date of receipt by the Association of this letter duly countersigned by you.
