Box 9111 Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania Dear Sir: Urban Sector Engineering Project (Cr. 2291-TA) - Reallocation of Credit Proceeds We refer to the Development Credit Agreement for the above-referenced Project dated October 31, 1991 between the United Republic of Tanzania and the International Development Association, as amended, and to your letter of March 27, 1995, requesting reallocation of the credit proceeds to cover an overdraft in Category 2 and anticipated expenditures under Category 1. We are pleased to inform you that the Association agrees to your request. Accordingly, the table set forth in Schedule 1 to the Development Credit Agreement has been amended to read as shown in the attachment to this letter.
