Pursuant to the Borrower's request dated July 6, 1990 (attached) regarding amendment of Schedule 5 to the Agreement, we are pleased to inform you that the Association accedes to such a request and proposes that the Authorized Allocation under the Special Account be raised from US$200,000 to US$500,000. Please indicate your agreement with this amendment by signing and dating the enclosed duplicate original of this letter in the space provided therefor and returning it to us. This amendment shall become effective upon receipt by the Association of the duly signed duplicate original.
