Further to discussions held between representatives of the Borrower and the Association during the Mid'Term Review of the Project in January 1994, we are pleased to inform you that the Association hereby agrees to amend the Agreement as follows: The table set forth in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Agrrrement is deleted and replaced with the new table set forth in the Annex attached hereto. This amendment shall become effective as of the date of this letter.
