Page 1 December 22, 1989 Her Excellency Mrs. Elisabeth Tankeu Minister of Plan and Regional Development Ministry of Plan and Regional Development Yaounde Republic of Cameroon Re: Loan No. 2999 CM (Second Urban Project) Amendment to Schedule 1 to the Loan Agreement Excellency: We refer to the above-mentioned Loan Agreement between Republic of Cameroon (the Borrower) and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) dated January 25, 1989 and your letter No. 1753/MINPAT/D/CHT/MI dated November 16, 1989 requesting a reallocation of the Loan proceeds and an increase in the disbursement percentages for certain categories of expenditures financed under the Loan, namely, Categories (1) (a), (b) and (c), (2), (3) and (5) of the table set forth in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Loan Agreement.
