Box M-40 Accra, Republic of Ghana Re: GHANA - Credit No. 1854 GH (Cocoa Rehabilitation Project) Amendments to the Development Credit Agreement Dear Dr. Botchwey: We refer to the Development Credit Agreement (Cocoa Rehabilitation Project) dated February 18, 1988, between the Republic of Ghana and the International Development Association (the Association). In order to take into account the outcome of the donors, meeting hold in Accra in October 1989 during which a revised financing plan for the above-referenced Project was agreed upon between the donors and the authorities in Ghana, the Association agrees to your request in your letter of May 15, 1990, to amend the Development Development Credit Agreement. Therefore, the table set forth in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Development Credit Agreement shall be amended to read as set forth in the Annex to this letter. Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing by signing the form of confirmation below on the enclosed copy and returning it to us. This amendment shall become effective upon receipt of the signed copy by the Association. Sincerely yours, Edwin R.
