I am pleased to inform you that the Association has agreed to your request to increase the authorized allocation for the Special Account to $1,000,000. Consequently, the Association proposes to hereby amend the Development Credit Agreement by the deletion of the amount of $500,000 in paragraph 1 (c) of Schedule 5 thereto and the substitution therefor of the amount $1,000,000. If you agree to the proposed amendment, please signify such agreement by signing and dating the form of confirmation below on one of the duplicate originals sent to you and returning it to us for our records. The amendment shall come into force on the date of countersignature by you.
