Pursuant to discussions between representatives of the Borrower and the Association, the Association hereby agrees to amend the above mentioned Development Credit Agreement as follows: Insert the provisions of paragraph (a) of Section 5.01 as paragraph 9 of Schedule 3 and delete the same from Section 5.01. Please indicate your agreement to this amendment by signing and dating the enclosed duplicate original of this letter in the space provided therefor and returning it to us.
