In Part III of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 (children in need of compulsory measures of care), in section 30 (definition of child, etc.) there shall be added the following subsection—
This Act may be cited as the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1972, and the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 and this Act may be cited together as the Social Work (Scotland) Acts 1968 and 1972.
