for any reference to the commencement of that Act there shall be substituted a reference to the commencement of this Act;

for the reference in section 9(1) to the High Court there shall be substituted a reference to a judge of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland;

in section 10(1) after the word " Wales " there shall be inserted the words " or Northern Ireland " ; and

in section 10(2) for the references to section 49 of the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act 1925 and the High Court there shall be substituted references to the Attendance of Witnesses Act 1854 and the Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland, respectively.

which have been made, or approved, under the said Act by the Lord Chancellor; and

which are in force immediately before the commencement of this Act,
