Currently, the Jiangjiatian administrative room, drainage channel, sewage treatment and parts of walking path have already been established. Due to many people and cars go to the scenic spot, the current facilities of the spot can not accomodate such passenger flow, so that the parking lot and associated facilities need to be upgraded. The garbage transport station will be revised to a movable style for convenience. The space for boats at Jiangjiatian is insufficient, so the boat area needs to be expanded and upgraded. Due to Liangcha River is a key scenic spot of Karst landform in the county, if the administrative room, wharf and walking bridge was constructed, the scencery would be adversely affected. The reasons for sub-contracting: 1) different construction periods. The garbage transport stations and public toilets will be put into utilization before Feb. of 2013, and the parking lot, boat area facilities in Jiangjiatian and barbecue stalls along Shan Mu River will Ã"à Ã#à  11 Remark (Adjustment reason) barbecue stalls along Shan Mu River will be put into utilization before Sep of 2012; 2) different technical specifications for design; 3) different construction locations.
