Terms used but not defined in this letter of amendment have the meanings given to them in the Fiscal Agency Agreement. We refer also to the request of the Partner Agency, dated June 9, 2011, to extend the Closing Date of the Trust Fund. The Trustee agrees to the request, and accordingly, Section 2.04(c) of the Fiscal Agency Agreement is amended to extend the Closing Date to August 31, 2011. ISEB Tower 2, Jl. Jend.
