- 13 - D. Commercial and Industrial Plots and Sheds 1. BISA will enter into an agreement with CONAVI, satisfac- tory to the Bank, by which BISA shall assume responsi- bility for alloting such commercial and industrial plots developed under Part A of the Project to prospective purchasers, and for recovering of CONAVI's investments in such plots in accordance with the terms and condi- tions stipulated in paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 of the CONAVI Project Agreement. 2. Plots and sheds constructed by BISA under Part D of the Project will be sold to small-scale enterprises and artisans, according to terms and conditions satisfactory to the Bank." ARTICLE II Section 2.01. The BISA Amending Project Agreement shall become effective on the date upon which the Amending Loan Agree- ment becomes effective.
