I submit the following report and recommendation on a proposed development credit to the United Republic of Tanzania for the equivalent of US$10.0 million on standard IDA terms to help finance a project for dairy development. Approximately $6.5 million would be relent to the Tanzania Rural Development Bank (TRDB) for 20 years, including five years of grace, with interest at 4% per annum.
