Project Objectives The development objective of the project is to increase the income of smallholder farmers in selected districts of the Zambezi Valley region of central Mozambique. Increased incomes will be achieved not only by direct support to smallholder groups and other supply chain participants, but also through the strengthening of local level capacity to undertake and manage service delivery within the context of the GoM decentralization policy.
