The construction of the Additional Second Line is of great significance in strengthening relations between Southeast Asia, South Asia and our country, and between the west region of our country and developed regions in the east and middle part, as well as in promoting common social and economic development among regions, and ensuring sustainable and healthy development of economy in the catchment area of the Line.
