REAFlFIRMS the inseparability of social, economic and health factors i n the development of under-developed areas; 2. EXPRESSES its f h l l support of the principle that health projects should be planned for the f u l l duration of the assistance expected of WHO; 3. REeUEsTS the Regional Director t o a ss i s t MemMr States i n reviewing plans of operations for health projects under EPTA, both in operation or planned t o start i n 1961-1962, i n order t o ensure that they are prepared i n depth for the all duration of the assistance required of WHO; 4. RECO?MOJDS to Member Governments that they r e p e a t WHO assistance i n such projects through the i r technlaal assistance co-ordinating machinery for the f u l l duration, i n order t o ensure that provision w i l l be made for the continuing colllPitments of WHO participation to the completion of that assistance.
