REAPPOINTS Dr Carissa Etienne as Regional Director for the Americas as from 1 February 2018; 2. AUTHORIZES the Director-General to issue a contract to Dr Carissa Etienne for a period of five years as from 1 February 2018, subject to the provisions of the Staff Regulations and Staff Rules.
