PLACE OF FOURTEENTH SESSION OF THE REGIONAL COMMITTEE FOR THE WESTERN PACIFIC The Regional Director has received from Dr. G.M. Redshaw, Chief Representative of the Government of Australia to the tenth session of the villO Regional Committee for the Western Pacific the following letter: Taipei 19 September 1959 Dr. I.C. Fang Regional Director World Health Organization Regional Office for the western Pacific Manila, Philippines Dear Sir, The Government of the Commonwealth of Australia desires that the fourteenth meeting of the Regional Committee of the Western Pacific Region of lmO should be held in 1963 at Port Moresby in the Territory of Papua and New Guinea, and that the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia be allowed to act as host on that occasion. I have the honour to present to you a formal request that this offer be placed before the Regional Committee at its present meeting in Taipei so that it may be considered by the Committee.
