EXPR!:SSES ita appreciation for the inVitation IDBde by the Govern- ment of Korea that the thirteenth sesaion of the Oammittee Bhould be held in Korea in 1962; but 3· DECIDES to defer action on this invitation until the twelfth session of the Regional Committee.
