Scale of assessments for 2012–2013 Report by the Director-General
1. The Sixty-third World Health Assembly adopted a scale of assessments for the year 2011 reflecting the application to WHO of the latest available United Nations scale.1 2. The latest available United Nations scale is the scale of assessments adopted in December 2009.2 It is therefore proposed that this United Nations scale should be used by WHO for the financial period 2012–2013. This is unchanged from the scale currently in use by WHO.
ACTION BY THE EXECUTIVE BOARD 3. The Executive Board is invited to consider the following draft resolution: The Executive Board, Having considered the report on scale of assessments for 2012–2013,3 RECOMMENDS to the Sixty-fourth World Health Assembly the adoption of the following resolution: The Sixty-fourth World Health Assembly, Having considered the report of the Director-General, ADOPTS the scale of assessments of Members for the biennium 2012–2013 as set out below.
