Afin d ’éviter toute confusion, les autorités sanitaires voudront bien prier ins tamment les vaccinateurs de suivre la méthode qui a été approuvée. INTERNATIONAL SANITARY REGULATIONS International Certificates of Vaccination: Method of Recording the Date It is recalled that the date on the international certificates of vaccination should be recorded in the following sequence: day, month, year—the month to be written in letters and not in figures.1 Difficulties arising out of the use of arabic figures for recording the month continue to be reported to the Organization. To avoid confusion, health authorities are requested to urge vaccinators to follow the approved method.
