Infestations with helminths gave rise to 106 cases of hymenolepis, 46 of schistosomiasis and 33 of hookworm. Practically all o f the patients with hymenolepis and hookworm were infected in the Indian sub-continent, while most of those with schistosomiasis were infected in Africa.
