WPRlRC61(1) DECISIONS Seventh meeting, 14 October 2010 WPRlRC611SRl9 PROGRAMME BUDGET 2008-2009: BUDGET PERFORMANCE (FINAL REPORT) The Regional Committee, having considered the final report of the Regional Director on the budget performance for the biennium 2008-2009, noted with satisfaction the high level of implementation of the Programme Budget in financial terms. WPRlRC61(2) (Second meeting, 12 October 2010) MEMBERSHIP OF THE CONSULTATIVE EXPERT WORKING GROUP ON RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT: FINANCING AND COORDINATION The Regional Committee, noting that Member States in the Western Pacific Region had been asked to nominate experts in the Region as candidates to participate in the Consultative Expert Working Group on Research and Development: Financing and Coordination, nominates Professor Guo Yan (China); Mr Shozo Uemura (Japan), Dr Chansaly Phommavong (Lao People's Democratic Republic) and Dr Leizel P.
