NOTES with satisfaction the manner in which the programme was planned and carried out; 2. COMMENDS the Regional Director and his staff for the work accomplished. Third meeting, 10 September 1980 WPR/RC31.R2 PROPOSED PROGRAMME BUDGET ESTIMATES FOR THE BIENNIUM 1982-83 The Regional Committee, Having examined the proposed programme budget estimates for the biennium 1982-1983 to be financed from the regular budget and other sources of funds,2 REQUESTS the Regional Director to transmit the proposals to the Director-General for consideration and inclusion in his proposed programme budget for the biennium 1982-1983.
