My exanination included a general review of the accounting procedures and such tests of the accounting records and other supporting evidence as I considered necessary in the circunstances. As a result of ny examination I an of the opinion that the Statement and supporting Annex properly present the income recej.ved and the expenditure under the 1987 budget in accordance with the Financial Regulations and legislative authority and that they vrere prepared in accordance with the World Health Organization's stated accounting policies which were applied on a basis consistent with that of the preceding financial period. I have no observations to make on the Statement and supporting Annex.
