The Bureau of the Conference of the Parties met on 3 October 2018 to examine the credentials submitted to the Convention Secretariat in accordance with Rule 19 of the Rules of Procedure of the Conference of the Parties to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. 2. The credentials of the representatives of all Parties listed in the Annex hereto were found to be in conformity with the Rules of Procedure. It is therefore proposed that the Conference of the Parties accept the credentials of all those Parties.
