APPRECIATES the assistance of the Regional Director i n providing technical advice i n the pmrnotion of these v i t a l services and i n the procurement of supplies and equipment on a reim rsable basis a s detai led 9 i n the WHO Executive Board Resolution EB.23.R48 , 3. FW&JESTS the Regional Mrec tor t o make available such advisory assistance i n the management of medical s to res and pharmacy a s necessary, and a s s i s t i n organizing t ra in ing centres i n t h i s f i e l d a t the country leve l o r regional l eve l f o r personnel handling medical supplies under the health administration of t he country.
