subsection section-1-1
For subsection (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Training Act 1982 (training for employment overseas) there shall be substituted the following subsections—

In section 5 of that Act (general functions of boards), after subsection (6), there shall be inserted the following subsection—
Short title and commencement.
subsection section-2-1
This Act may be cited as the Industrial Training Act 1986.
subsection section-2-2
This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning on the day on which it is passed.
