subsection section-1-1
Section 23 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976 (production of certificates on application for new licence) shall be amended as mentioned in subsection (2) below.
subsection section-1-2
In subsection (2) (certificate in relation to planning) at the end there shall be added “or a certificate under section 90A of that Act that the proposed use or operations would be lawful as mentioned in the said section 90A.”
