اللجنة اإلقليمية لشـرق المتوسط الدورة الثالثة والستون البند 10من جدول األعمال
مكان وموعد عقد الدورات المقبلة للّجنة اإلقليمية قررت اللجنة اإلقليمية املوقَّرة يف دورهتا الثانية والستني انعقاد الدورة الرابعة والستني سنة 7112يف إسالم آباد، َّمة لعقد الدورة اخلامسة والستني سنة باكستان .وقد ترغب اللجنة اإلقليمية أيضاً يف النظر يف املقرتحات املقد ،7118يف حال وجود أي دعوة من هذا القبيل. وقَبل قيام اللجنة بذلك ،البُ َّ َّمها بعض الدول األعضاء من د من استـرعاء كرمي عنايتها إىل بعض الدعوات اليت قد قَـْبل ،وهي على التحديد :اإلمارات العربية املتحدة ومجهورية إيران اإلسالمية وقَطَر. رجى من اللجنة اإلقليمية ،عند النظر يف تلك الدعوات ،أن تضع يف اعتبارها القرارات التالية اليت اختذهتا مجعية ويُ َ الصحة العاملية واللجنة اإلقليمية لشرق املتوسط: ن اإلقليمية لدى تقريرها أماكن اجتماعاهتا ،أن تنظر يف ج ص ع " :63.7توصي مجعية الصحة العاملية اللجا َ تتحملها املنظمة والدول ة يف احلسبان التكاليف اليت َّ مقر املكتب اإلقليمي ،آخذ ً عقدها من حني آلخر يف ّ األعضاء املعنيَّة"؛ كة ج ص ع " :61.9تسترعي مجعية الصحة العاملية عناية اللجان اإلقليمية إىل إبداء رغبتها يف مشار مقارها اإلقليمية"؛ احلكومات املضيفة يف التكاليف الزائدة النامجة عن عقد اجتماعات اللجان اإلقليمية خار ج ِّ ش م/ل إ3أ/ق" :06 .تطلب اللجنة اإلقليمية لشرق املتوسط إىل الدول األعضاء اليت تدعو اللجنة اإلقليمية لالجتماع يف أراضيها أن تُسهم بأقصى قدر ممكن يف هذه التكاليف اإلضافية". تكرم اللجنة اإلقليمية باختاذ قراراهتا يف شأن مكان انعقادها يف السنوات القادمة من شأنه أن ِّ ميكن هذا ،وإن ُّ املدير اإلقليمي من اختاذ التدابري اإلدارية واملالية املالئمة يف الوقت املناسب. وأمانة املنظمة على أمت االستعداد لتـزويد السادة أعضاء اللجنة اإلقليمية املوقَّرين ،بأي تفاصيل أو إيضاحات أخرى يطلبوهنا حول هذا املوضوع. .4 .1

Place and date of future sessions of the Regional Committee 1. The Regional Committee at its 62nd session decided to hold its 64th session in 2017 in Islamabad, Pakistan. It may also wish to consider proposals, if any, for its 65th session in the year 2018. 2. Before doing so, the Committee is reminded of some of the pending invitations extended by Member States, namely from the Islamic Republic of Iran, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. 3. In considering such proposals, the Committee is requested to keep in view the following resolutions of the World Health Assembly and of the Regional Committee for the Eastern Mediterranean: WHA7.26: “RECOMMENDS that, in deciding on the place of their meetings, regional committees should consider holding them from time to time at the site of the Regional Office, taking into account the costs involved for the Organization and the Member States concerned”; WHA9.20: “INVITES the attention of the regional committees to the desirability of host governments participating in the increased cost resulting from holding regional committee meetings outside the regional headquarters”; EM/RC6A/R.13: “CALLS UPON Member States inviting the Committee to meet in their territories to make the maximum possible contribution towards this additional cost”. 4. Decisions taken by the Regional Committee for future venues will enable the Regional Director to make appropriate administrative and financial arrangements at a timely basis. 5. The Secretariat is at the disposal of the Regional Committee for any further details or clarification on this matter.

Lieu et date des sessions futures du Comité régional 1. À sa soixante-deuxième session, le Comité régional a décidé d’organiser sa soixante-quatrième session à Islamabad (Pakistan) en 2017 et il pourrait aussi souhaiter examiner des propositions, le cas échéant, pour sa soixante-cinquième session en 2018. 2. Au préalable, il est rappelé au Comité certaines des invitations qui avaient été adressées par des États Membres à Islamabad (Pakistan), en l’occurrence celles des Émirats arabes unis, de la République islamique d’Iran et du Qatar. 3. Dans l’examen de ces propositions, le Comité est prié de tenir compte des résolutions suivantes de l’Assemblée mondiale de la Santé et du Comité régional de la Méditerranée orientale : WHA7.26 : « RECOMMANDE que, en décidant du lieu de leur réunion, les comités régionaux envisagent de se réunir de temps à autre au siège du bureau régional, en tenant compte des dépenses que leur décision entraînerait pour l’Organisation et pour les États Membres intéressés » ; WHA9.20 : « APPELLE L’ATTENTION des comités régionaux sur l’intérêt qu’il y a à ce que les gouvernements d’accueil assument, comme ils l’ont fait dans certaines Régions, une part du surcroît de dépenses résultant de la tenue des réunions des comités régionaux hors du siège régional » ; EM/RC6A/R.13 : « APPELLE les États Membres invitant le Comité à se réunir sur leur territoire à fournir la contribution maximale possible en vue de couvrir le coût supplémentaire ». 4. Les décisions prises par le Comité régional pour les lieux des réunions à venir permettront au Directeur régional de prendre les dispositions administratives et financières adéquates en temps opportun. 5. Le Secrétariat reste à la disposition du Comité régional pour tout autre détail ou toute autre clarification à ce sujet.
