This Act extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
This section comes into force on the day on which this Act is passed.
Sections 1 to 4 come into force at the end of the period of one year beginning with the day on which this Act is passed.
This Act may be cited as the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023.
