The Secretariat presented the report on the assessment of the Faroe Islands,1 highlighting the proposed decision that would need to be considered by the Seventy-fourth World Health Assembly, should it admit the Faroe Islands as an Associate Member of the World Health Organization, following the application on its behalf made by the Government of Denmark.2 RECOMMENDATION TO THE HEALTH ASSEMBLY 2. The Committee, on behalf of the Executive Board, recommended that the Health Assembly, were it to admit the Faroe Islands as an Associate Member of the World Health Organization, should adopt the draft decision contained in document A74/33. = = = 1 Document A74/33. 2 See document A74/4.
