J usqu’ici 12 virus gnppaux A ont été isolés en juin. Huit d’entre eux se sont révélés appartenir au sous-type H3N2 et 2 au soustype H1N1. A(H3N2) virus isolates were from ihtal cases: m a 63-year-old woman and a 2-year-old boy with croup. S pa in (16 June 198S). — Influenza activity appears to have been sporadic all through the season except for 1 outbreak of influenza A in Pamplona in the northern part o f the country during February and 1, associated with influenza B, in Granada in the southern part of the country, in March and early April. Influenza viruses have, however, only been isolated sporadically: from a healthy child in April and 2 children with pneumonia in May. All 3 isolates were influenza A(H3N2).
cas mortels : l'un chez une femme de 63 anset l’autre chez un garçon de 2 ans atteint de croup, Espagne (16 juin 1985). — L’activité grippale s’est révélée sporadique tout au long de la saison, à part une flambée de grippe localisée à Pampelune, dans le nord du pays, en février, et une autre, de.grippe B, dans la ville de Grenade, au sud, en mars et début avril. Cependant, les virus grippaux n’ont été isolés que sporadiquement: sur 1 enfant en bonne santé en avril et sur 2 enfants atteints de pneumonie en mai. Dans les 3 cas, il s’agissait de grippe A(H3N2).
