Pyetje: Ka një aksion politik sa i përket KQZ-së.
Ambasadori Wollfarth: Ajo çka është më e rëndësishmja është shteti i së drejtës. Sot, në parlament vazhdon diskutimi. Ende nuk është marrë asnjë vendim dhe është tejet e rëndësishme që të ketë dialog midis partive politike dhe të mos humbasë kurrë vëmendja nga shteti ligjor. Unë do të bashkohem me ata që bëjnë thirrje për diskutimin e situatës.
Nuk ka dyshim që KQZ-ja aktuale është aty ku duhet dhe se është zgjedhur siç duhet, por ndërkohë që ka zhvillime, nevojitet më shumë dialog dhe ky dialogu duhet zhvilluar mes partive politike. Parlamenti është, sigurisht, një vend i mirë për këtë.

Ambasadori Wollfarth: Besoj se e thashë gjithçka që mund të thuhet. Ajo që mua më intereson është shteti i së drejtës. Le të shohim se çfarë do të bëjnë politikanët shqiptarë.

Question: There is a political action regarding the CEC…
Ambassador Wollfarth: The most important is the rule of law. Today, the discussion goes on in the parliament. No decision has been taken yet and it is extremely important to dialogue between the political parties and never lose the rule of law out of sight. There is no alternative to dialogue. I would join those inviting strongly for discussing the situation.
There is no doubt that the current CEC is rightfully in place, that it was rightfully elected but as things develop, more dialogue is needed, and that has to be done between the political parties. The parliament is certainly a good place for that.
Question: It seems that the Parliament will vote today…
Ambassador Wollfarth: I think I’ve said everything that can be said. I am interested in the rule of law and let us see what the Albanian politicians will do.
