The Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Vienna, presents its compliments to all Permanent Missions and Delegations to the OSCE and to the Conflict Prevention Centre and has the honour, with reference to the Decision No. 8/08 of the Forum for Security Cooperation to enclose a copy of the 2024 return submitted by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Information Exchange on Conventional Arms Transfer.
