THE COUNCIL
HAVING REGARD to Article 5(b) of the Convention on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development of 14th December 1960;
HAVING REGARD to the Resolution adopted on 27th February 1964 by the Committee for Agriculture, meeting at Ministerial level, as well as to the Communiqué released at the end of this meeting [Doc. No. AGR(64)12];
HAVING REGARD to the Report of the Committee for Agriculture of 31st January 1964 on Low Incomes in Agriculture [Doc. No. AGR(64)1 and Corrigendum];
RECOMMENDS that Governments of Member Countries, in determining their agricultural policies, take into consideration the conclusions of the Report on Low Incomes in Agriculture referred to above.
In adopting this Recommendation, the Council AGREED that the Report by the Committee for Agriculture referred to above should be published and that the Resolution of the Committee for Agriculture referred to above and the present Recommendation should be de-restricted.
