An Act for enabling the Lord Lieutenant, or other Chief Governor or Governors of Ireland, to prohibit for a limited time, so as such Prohibition shall not endure beyond the Expiration of Six Weeks from, the Commencement of the next Session of Parliament, the Exportation from Ireland of Corn or Potatoes, and of all Provisions whatsoever; and to permit for such limited time the Importation into Ireland of Corn and Fifth, and all Provisions whatsoever, without Payment of Duty; and for indemnifying such Persons as have acted for the Service of the Public, in advising or carrying into Execution certain Proclamations of the Lord Lieutenant and Council of Ireland.
