An Act for enabling the Lord Lieutenant or other Chief Governor or Governors of Ireland, to prohibit, until the Twenty fifty Day of March One thousand eight hundred and five, the Distillation of Spirits from Oats or Oatmeal in Ireland; and for indemnifying such Persons as have acted in advising or carrying into Execution a Proclamation of the Lord Lieutenant and Council of Ireland for prohibiting such Distillation.
