Industrial Diseases (Notification) Act 1981
Regulations.
The Secretary of State, or with his approval the Registrar General, may make by statutory instrument regulations concerning the notification and certification of death and for the recording of information relating to industrial diseases and matters related thereto.
Short title, interpretation and extent.

This Act may be cited as the Industrial Diseases (Notification) Act 1981.
subsection section-2-2
In this Act “Registrar General” means—
level section-2-2-a
in England and Wales, the Registrar General for England and Wales; and
level section-2-2-b
in Scotland, the Registrar General of Births, Deaths and Marriages for Scotland.
subsection section-2-3
This Act does not apply to Northern Ireland.
