Holocaust (Return of Cultural Objects) Act 2009: repeal of sunset provision
In section 4 of the Holocaust (Return of Cultural Objects) Act 2009—

in the heading, for “, commencement and sunset” substitute “ and commencement ”, and

omit subsection (7) (which provides for the Act to expire after 10 years).
