Решение Комиссии Таможенного союза от 28 января 2011 года №526 «О Едином перечне продукции, в отношении которой устанавливаются обязательные требования в рамках Таможенного союза» DECISION January 28, 2011 № 526 Moscow On Unified List of Products for which Mandatory Requirements are Established in the Customs Union For the purposes of implementation the Article 3 of the Agreement on Unified Principles and Rules of Technical Regulation in the Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan and Russian Federation of 18 November 2010 the Customs Union Commission h ave decided: 1. To approve the Unified List of Products for which Mandatory Requirements are Established in the Customs Union ( attached). 2. Due to the presence in the C ustoms Union member-states of various procedures for state registration of medical devices (medical equipment and medical supplies) to order Parties : - to explore the possibility of unification of Parties’ approaches in this field ; - if appropriate, to develop a draft of corresponding international treaty; - upon the results of the work, to make a decision on feasibility of development of the Customs Union technical regulation “On Safety of Medical Devices”. Prior to making a decision on this matter, to suspend implementation of the corresponding Customs Union technical regulation.
